At TOMS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box with the prepaid label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
